I have over 15 years of professional debt collection and judgment recovery under my belt; from analysis of current collection activity to A/R maintenance, from literally hundreds of thousands of phone calls to door-to-door collections.
I have taught seminars from Lansing, MI. to Phoenix, AZ. Worked with hospitals, medical offices, landlords, service companies, small business, utilities, telecommunication, and even non profit organizations in setting up collection programs and campaigns.
Consulting services are billed at an hourly expense, plus travel reimbursement. 20 to 40 hours are typically required to assess and score current productivity. In that time I will review your internal collection/credit policies and procedures, diagnose actual A/R recovery percentage, review working contracts with third party collection agencies, and make multiple recommendations for improvement. Some clients have benefited greatly from internal collections letters reviewed and re-written, call scripts written, enforcement of Judgments, and review and update of third party collection agreements.

There is no cookie cutter approach. Your office WILL be more efficient, A/R aging will drop, and benchmarks will be put in place to continue those efficiencies.
